TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply when you use the EB's Pets website or buy products from us. Please read them before placing an order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. ABOUT US

EB's Pets is an online pet-accessories store. You can contact us at rizzyrichie@gmail.com. Our contact address is Kinloch Place, Bletchley, MK2 3NN, United Kingdom.

2. USING THIS WEBSITE

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation or use its content in a way that infringes another person's rights.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance can vary slightly between screens, and packaging or minor product details may change. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise. Any material variation will not affect the product's essential characteristics or your legal rights.

4. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We will send an order acknowledgement, but a binding contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly accept the order. We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance if, for example, an item is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, payment cannot be authorised, delivery is not possible or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we have taken payment for an order we do not accept, we will refund it.

You must provide complete and accurate contact, delivery and payment information.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes where stated. Delivery charges and the final order total are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment must be authorised using a method available at checkout.

6. DISCOUNTS

Discount codes are subject to the conditions shown with the offer. WELCOME10 gives 10% off an eligible customer's order, has no minimum spend, is limited to one use per customer and cannot be combined with another discount. We may withdraw or correct a promotion where there is an error, misuse or legal requirement, without affecting orders already accepted.

7. DELIVERY

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Processing times, estimated delivery windows, split shipments, tracking and delays are explained in our Shipping Policy. Unless a different period is agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order is placed.

8. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Your cancellation and return rights, including the 14-day cancellation period for eligible online purchases, are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. Returns must be authorised before they are sent so that we can provide the correct supplier return address. This does not limit your rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

9. PRODUCTS FULFILLED BY SUPPLIERS

Products may be stored and dispatched by third-party supplier partners on our behalf. EB's Pets remains responsible for the contract with you and for handling customer service, cancellations, refunds and legal remedies.

10. LIABILITY

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

11. PRIVACY

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website and its original text, branding, design and other content are owned by or licensed to EB's Pets. You may use the website for personal shopping only. You may not reproduce, sell or commercially exploit our content without permission.

13. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will contact you where practical and take reasonable steps to reduce the effect. Your statutory rights relating to delayed or failed delivery remain unaffected.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you also retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available to you in your home jurisdiction.
