EB's Pets is a UK online pet-accessories shop focused on practical products for everyday feeding, enrichment, grooming, travel and play.

Thoughtful everyday choices

We select products that can make common routines simpler and more engaging for dogs, cats and the people who care for them. Our range is intentionally straightforward, with clear product information and sensible use guidance.

How orders are fulfilled

We work with supplier partners who dispatch products directly to customers. Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, and most are estimated to arrive 7–15 business days after dispatch. Items in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate parcels.

UK delivery and returns

We currently deliver to UK addresses. Eligible online purchases may be cancelled or returned within 14 days in line with our returns policy. Full delivery information is available in our shipping policy.
